Nightmare: The Lunatic is a roguelite action RPG depicting the struggle of escaping a never-ending nightmare. You have been trapped in a perpetual nightmare. To escape this hair-raising hamster wheel you’re stuck on, you must explore the dream to reach its end. With the dream merchant who got pulled into the nightmare with you, leap into battle to forge your way toward the source of this horrid dream. ▶ SWIFT, STYLISH BATTLES Use the actions at your disposal, such as dash, dodge, and parry, to avoid the attacks of powerful monsters strutting through the dream and fight back against them. ▶ INTENSE BOSS BATTLES Smash through the bosses that guard each region in order to find clues for how to escape. Fierce opponents with an arsenal of flashy attacks are waiting for you. ▶ CUSTOM WEAPON COMBINATIONS Select up to three weapons to bring with you, and swap between them depending on the situation. Find a weapon combination based on preferences or efficiency. ▶ ROGUELITE The layouts of the dungeons change with every playthrough, giving a fresh new feel to each adventure you embark on. When you get a game over, it's right back to the beginning again. ▶ RPG ELEMENTS STRENGTHEN With each adventure, players will unlock new contracts and abilities, allowing them to create their own character builds and strengthen their basic skills.
