EGGCONSOLE THE SCREAMER PC-8801
A classic 1985 cyber-RPG! Known for a sleek world and a brutal system where character death erases save data, fans long for a re-release.
This title is a cyberpunk RPG originally released in 1985. Upon release, it garnered attention for packaging designed to mimic a book. Despite being an RPG, its relentless system—where death results in permanent deletion of the save file—leaves lasting impression on players. However, crafted balance and decadent world-building continue to command a cult following. Set in ruined post-World War III 199X, a colossal tower named "BIAS," built by Japan as a beacon, is now feared as the "Abode of the Devil." Requested by an acquaintance, the protagonist—a professional Hunter—steps inside this tower to investigate. Will you be able to unravel the terrifying truth hidden deep within BIAS?
