Warhead Vanguard was built from the ground up for hard-hitting action. A physics environment that responds instantly to your every move, visuals that look straight out of a feature film, and mission design that leaves absolutely no margin for error. When all three come together, you become the operative. The clock is running. Move in now. Prologue A government convoy is ambushed in a mountain range near the border. RPG and machine gun fire rain down simultaneously, and the armed force takes out the lead and rear vehicles first, cutting off any chance of retreat. When the gunfire stops, they strip the convoy of its military hardware and the classified project known only as "WARHEAD", then vanish across the border. The entire attack takes less than ten minutes. By the time reinforcements arrive, nothing remains but burning wreckage. Days later, some of the stolen equipment surfaces on the black market. Gear that should never have been accessible to a militia. Shortly after, government vehicles begin getting hit across the border city. Checkpoints are attacked every night. Patrol units go missing. Then a video is released showing a government officer being taken captive, and word comes through that a strategically vital port on the Caspian coast has fallen to the armed group. Beneath that territory lie ICBM silos that were supposed to have been decommissioned long ago, alongside a nuclear fuel reprocessing facility capable of bringing them back online. Intelligence services move to contain the situation, but it is already too late. Drone footage confirms armed vehicles streaming steadily into the facility. Mercenaries, insurgents and smuggling networks flood in together, and the entire area becomes an armed stronghold almost overnight. Deploying conventional forces is out of the question given the international situation. There is only one option left. Insert a small special operations team to rescue the hostages, eliminate the leadership and recover "WARHEAD". In the darkness, the operatives begin to move.
