Distorted – Night Shift Anomalies

Nintendo Switch

In this psychological horror exploration game, you are sent to assess an abandoned toy factory.

Toys are made to bring joy. These ones had other ideas. In Distorted – Night Shift Anomalies, you are hired to conduct a nightly security sweep of an old toy factory that has been dormant for decades. The job description is simple: walk the floor, check each section, and report whether anything unusual is occurring on the premises. The factory receives you with the smell of rust and old rubber. Conveyor belts frozen mid-cycle. Half-finished dolls staring from their assembly racks. The kind of stillness that feels like it is holding its breath. But something moves here after dark. A toy that wasn't on the belt before. A music box playing in a room with no power. A figure — small, jerking, wrong — retreating around a corner just before you can see it clearly. Each night follows the same procedure: Move through the factory, observe what has changed, and trust what you remember. If something unnatural has occurred, you must trigger the old emergency alarm at the end of your shift before clocking out. If the night seems undisturbed, you sign the logbook and leave. But your judgment carries weight. Sound the alarm on a quiet night, or leave without sounding it when something was truly there — and the assignment begins to fall apart. Scattered across the factory are work orders, personal notes from former employees, and handwritten warnings tucked inside half-assembled toys. Piece by piece, they reveal what really happened on the last night the factory operated — and why the production line never truly stopped. The factory does not look the same twice. Sections rearrange. Finished toys appear where there were none. The things that move in the dark grow less careful about being seen. The night shift has been waiting for someone to notice.
