The heroes valiantly confronted these villains, pushing them to the brink of defeat. ...But the villains began siphoning massive amounts of magical power from the lower world through their familiars. Overwhelmed by this newfound strength, the heroes were defeated and cast down to the lower world. Thus begins the heroes' journey to restore peace, battling rampaging monsters and powerful bosses in a fight to reclaim balance in the world.
