The Nintendo Switch™ version of DRAGON QUEST III HD-2D Remake can be updated to support the specifications of the Nintendo Switch™ 2 by connecting your Nintendo Switch™ 2 console to the internet and downloading a free update. The Nintendo Switch™ version of DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake does not have an update file to support the specifications of the Nintendo Switch™ 2. The games included in this collection can also be purchased individually. Be careful that you do not accidentally buy the same games twice. There are no plans to offer an upgrade pass for players who own the Nintendo Switch™ version and wish to upgrade to the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version of DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake. Save data cannot be transferred between the Nintendo Switch™ version and the Nintendo Switch™ 2 version of DRAGON QUEST I & II HD-2D Remake.
